A simple overview of how Concept Lab projects start, move, and get delivered.
Starting a project should feel clear, not messy. At Concept Lab, the goal is to keep work structured, communication practical, and delivery aligned with what was agreed from the start.
Most projects begin with a discussion around what you need, what result you are aiming for, and what materials already exist. From there, the scope, pricing, and next steps are confirmed. Once the quote is approved and any required payment is received, the project moves into active preparation or production.
Depending on the service, your project may move through stages such as planning, content collection, design or development, revisions, testing, and final delivery.
Not every project follows the exact same route, but the principle stays the same: clear scope, clear communication, and clear delivery.
During the project, we may request things like written content, brand assets, images, references, examples, platform access, and approvals. The faster and clearer these are provided, the smoother the project usually runs.
Most delays do not come from the actual work. They usually come from missing information, unclear feedback, or slow approvals. If key items are missing, the project slows down because the foundation is incomplete.
If your service includes support, retainers, updates, or maintenance, those are handled according to that service arrangement and not treated as part of a once-off delivery unless specifically stated.
In simple terms, once we have the right information, approvals, and access, we can do the work properly. If any of those are missing, things take longer.
